Waterpark Safety
That’s a good tiki.
At the Edge, we’re never meeky tiki when it comes to safety. As long as our guests follow the simple rules below, we encourage all the splish-splashing they can muster.
Adult supervision
State law requires children under 14 be accompanied by an adult in all public areas, including the waterpark, arcade and outdoor pool.
Height requirements
Body slide – at least 48 inches.
Tube slide – at least 48 inches to ride solo; guests under 48 inches may ride in the front of a two-person tube with an adult in the back.
Paradise Playground slides – no size restrictions.
Life jackets/floaties
Lifejackets are available at no cost; however, there are limited quantities and sizes available. You may use your own lifejacket if it is Coast Guard certified. Waterpark staff will monitor the use of personal life jackets, as they may not be suitable for all waterpark features. Inflatable flotation devices are not allowed.
Glass
Glass, including everything from glass bottles to glassware, is not allowed in the waterpark. In addition, eyeglasses, whether glass or plastic, are not permitted down the waterslides at any time for safety reasons.
Filtration System
As part of our commitment to ensuring the safety of all guests, the Edge uses ultraviolet filtration devices that disinfect pathogens normal chlorine treatments cannot. The advanced equipment means you can rest easy knowing your family is enjoying water fun in a healthy and safe environment.
Outdoor Pool and Hot Tub
For the safety of our guests and our employees the outdoor pool and hot tub area may be closed due to weather related issues during your stay. These conditions include, but are not limited to: temperatures below 10 °F, severe snowfall and lightning.
