Cancellations:
If you can’t make it cancel your reservation 24 hours prior to the day of arrival. (Cancellation policy may be different for special events and advance purchase rates.)
Bookings:
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking. A credit card is required to check in with a matching valid ID and must authorize for a minimum of $100. We recommend paying for your room with the same card you use to check in, as it may take five to seven business days for the authorization to release back onto your card.
Credit / Debit Cards:
Please note at check in, the Debit Card or Credit Card presented will be authorized for the room and tax total for the full amount of your stay. This authorization will make the funds in your account unavailable. If you choose to change your method of payment after your Debit Card or Credit Card is authorized funds may be unavailable for 7-10 business days depending on your banking institution’s policies on releasing authorizations. Cash payments will be accepted at check in along with a minimum credit card authorization of $100. Prepaid cards not accepted.
