Play by the pools, play by the rules.
Adult Supervision: For their safety, and according to state law, all children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a responsible adult in the Waterpark, arcade, outdoor pool and all public areas.
Height Requirements: All guests using the body slide must be at least 48 inches tall. For the tube slide, guests must be at least 48 inches to ride solo; guests under 48 inches tall may ride the tube slide in the front section of a two-person tube with an adult (18 and older) sitting in the back section of the tube. This policy is strictly enforced for your safety. There are no height restrictions on the three slides in the children’s play area.
Life Jackets/Floaties: Lifejackets are available at no cost in the waterpark, however, there are limited quantities and sizes available. Guests may use their own lifejackets if they are Coast Guard certified. Personal lifejackets may not be suitable for all waterpark features and use of them will be at the discretion of waterpark staff. No inflatable flotation devices are permitted.
Eye Glasses/Glass: For everyone’s pool safety, glass is not permitted in the Waterpark. This includes eye glasses with glass lenses, glass bottles, glassware and/or any other form of glass.
Food: You are welcome to enjoy your own treats in your room. However, outside food and beverages are not allowed in the Waterpark, arcade, outdoor pool or public areas.
Wristbands: Parents, don’t forget to count yourself! Every person entering the Waterpark must have a wristband.
Day Passes: The Edgewater Hotel & Waterpark is only available for use by registered guests and those registered as part of a party package. Day passes are not available.
Changes to Group Size: Any changes to the number of guests attending your party must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
Check-In/Check-Out: You can check into your room any time after 3pm. Room check-out is any time before noon. Your Waterpark wristbands are valid from check-in until 11am on the check-out date. Wristband colors change at 11am each day.
Any guest not adhering to the policies listed above—as well as all other policies and safety rules of the Edgewater Hotel & Waterpark—may be asked to leave.
